Here are the 10 important signs that we should never ignore:

1. Cracked lips

Cracked lips are triggered by high temperature and wind, cracks on the lips may occur. However, cracks on the lips may often be a sign of lack of zinc and B vitamins. Moreover, cracked lips may be a sign of fungal infection.

2. Cold feet

Vascular diseases first manifest in the feet because they are the farthest from heart. Raynaud’s syndrome is an autoimmune disease that causes tightening of the blood vessels in some parts of the body, such as fingers and legs, nose and ears, so they become cold and pale.

3. Eye whites

Eye whites should always be white. If your eye white part is not white, then you have a problem with your health. This can be caused by cold or lack of sleep. Yellow eye white can be a sign of jaundice, bile problems or liver problems. Red eye white can indicate some viral diseases such as high blood pressure or conjunctivitis, also known as pink eye.

4. Changes in nails

Fingernails can provide important clues to the overall health of your body. Nails have various conditions which indicate diseases. Any abnormal changes in the natural structure and appearance of nails should be consulted with a doctor

5. Swollen neck

If your neck is swollen consult your doctor as soon as possible. Thyroid problems are indicated by the front area of neck and are common in women of age from 20 to 50.

6. Eyebrow loss

Eyebrows become less frequent as you grow old, but sudden hair loss may indicate thyroid problems, hyperthyroidism or an overactive thyroid, or hypothyroidism or poor thyroid function. These issues are often accompanied by hair loss.

7.Gray hair before the 40’s

Having gray hair is often considered as a sign of wisdom and maturity. It is a natural phenomenon in the 40s and onwards. However, having a considerable amount of gray hair in the 30s is often a sign of high blood sugar and diabetes. Check if there are similar cases in your family history.

8. Red cheeks

Even though sudden change on the face in women between 30 and 55 years of age can be caused by hormonal changes of temperature or bitter foods, red cheeks may be linked to rosacea – a chronic skin disease that affects women more and whose cause is still unknown.

9. Moles

Most moles are harmless and benign, but some of them can be pretty dangerous, especially those that appear as a result of overexposure to the sun. Senile and actinic keratosis triggered by sun and UV rays are considered as pre-cancer skin changes.

10. Red palms

Red palms often indicate liver problems. They are caused by dermatitis or eczema. Red palms can also be caused by an allergy to certain food, drugs, or drinks.
