People usually suffer from headache and it affects their daily activities as well as stress which also affects the entire health of a person.
In order to relieve yourself from headache and stress, all you have to do is to squeeze the fleshy part between your index finger and thumb which is known as the Hoku spot in the medicine of Chinese. Rubbing on stable pressure there for at least 30 seconds can actually lessen the stress, the tension and the reason behind acquiring headache. Just press and grasp that part of your hand until the pain decreases and you will actually feel that your muscles are being relaxed.
