It is important for you to know that before doing the test, you need to be perfectly healthy, without infections, colds and other health conditions.

You should not eat anything a couple of hours before the testing. Therefore, it is recommended that you do the test in the early morning, immediately after waking up. You will need non digital watch and a mouthful of food that had caused unusual reactions in your body. For the test you must be completely relaxed and be in a sitting position.

How to Do the Test

Sit still for about 5 minutes and then measure your heart rate for 60 seconds. It is recommended that you measure the pulse of your wrist. Then, write down the precise value of the measured heart rate. Next, relax again and hibernate for 5 minutes. Take a small bite of the food you want to test, chew a little and hold the food in your mouth for 60 seconds in order to feel the food. Then, measure the heart rate for another 60 seconds, and the food must be in your mouth all the time. Do not do any physical effort. If you do some sharp movements it can lead to inaccurate results. After you are done with measuring the heart rate, spit out the food and wash your mouth with water. Compare the results before and after the measurement. It the heart rate has increased by 5 or more beats, than you are potentially allergic to this specific food. You should not swallow the tested food.

For precise results, it is very important to be away from your phone and all other devices because any kind of disturbance can affect the heart rate and lead to inaccurate results.

Smoker should not smoke for at least 2 hours before the testing since smoking speeds up the heart rate by 10 beats per minute.
