Ingredients required for 1 cup of lemongrass
  • 2 Cups of water
  • 1 Tablespoon of lemon grass powder or 2 tablespoons fresh lemongrass
  • 3 Slices of fresh ginger
  • 6 Cloves
  • 3 Peppercorns
  • 6 Cardamom seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon fennel
  • A Drizzle of honey (optional)
Preparation

Pour water in a pot and add all the ingredients, except the honey. Wait for the mixture until it starts to boil and lower the heat. Cover the pot with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the liquid is decreased by a half.

Strain the tea and pour the liquid in a cup.

Finally, sweeten the tea with honey.
